Everything with the room itself was great. It was clean and in a great location. My issue with this reservation was the amenities. They are not inlcluded. So even though the listing says they have pools and hot tubs, don't expect to be able to use them unless you pay more when you get there. This should be made clear to anyone that books at this resort.

Convenient, Cleanrooms, outdoor pool

I’m disappointed in this hotel. We were excited to stay at this property because it had been modernized and seemed to offer great amenities in the center of town. When we arrived, we realized that our “upgraded “ room was at the ground level by the pool, it did have with a small wooden deck and sitting room, but the entire space felt like we were in someone’s basement. It was dank and not well lit. The only unique aspect of this space was the bathroom, which was very large and very bright with the windows facing the pool area. We were disappointed that although there was a pool available, it seemed neglected, many of the chairs did not have cushions and the Planters had dead plants in them. It was also disappointing to see that the hot tub that we had to reserve was not running, and the fire pit that was described in the website was also not available although guests at nearby hotels were enjoying their outdoor fires . Other things to mention, the bed was very uncomfortable and staff was unseen other than one person behind a desk in an office at check in. Not a good experience overall

Great place

The hotel is very average with a not so impressive outdoor pool and nothing else to do on the property. The staff is courteous but the property even charges you extra for a basic s’mores making kit for kids. In short too expensive and not worth the $$$.
