We had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Premier Bridgewood Resort Hotel in Neenah, Wisconsin! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the staff was friendly and helpful. It was a great place to stay, and we truly enjoyed our time there. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

At 10:00 at night there was a banging on my door and shouting, although I had put “do not disturb” on the door. The receptionist was there saying that the card had been incorrectly charged to a different room. She wanted me to go back to reception, although I was ready for bed. I pointed out the “do not disturb” notice, refused to go to reception, and said we could sort it out in the morning. In the morning, I went to reception. The receptionist said she had sorted out the problem, but did not apologize for disturbing me the previous evening.

Rooms were clean and quiet. Seemed like a decent place. Good choice for breakfast.

Room appearance was clean, however it had an extremely fowl mildew odors, asked another guest about thier room and they had same issue so we used lots of lysol and deodorizer, toilet started turning black after couple days as if they didn’t use a bleach cleaner to clean with
