It is cheap, but not worth it.
You get what you pay for. I tried a few motels on our trip to see the leaves and this place was awful. And for just under $100 it was not worth it. I think $30 would be a good price. It was super dirty with hair clumps on the sheets, huge spiders and webs in the corners and it just wasn't cleaned. ...
