Outside: The curbing and walks were literally falling apart. Inside: The clerk demanded verification of my service dog that the law says I do not have to provide. The carpets in the hallways are dirty, stained and smell bad. There was no coffee made for guests as was stated on a sign at the counter. In the two nights I was there, I only saw 3 cars/trucks besides mine. I guess others knew what I found out the hard way...DON'T go there ever again!

Loved it as a base for exploring the 1000 Isls. and propietor is very helpful, friendly and full of interesting information about the area

My son and daughter-in-law and their child stayed in the room and there was a leak from the air conditioner that made the carpet extremely wet. They told the staff at the front desk a number of times but nothing was ever done. They stayed for a week and avoided the wet area.
