They charged me $65 more than my agreed Expedia price … they try to get you to go to a timeshare meeting… I was on vacation with my family … I am really dissatisfied with this experience and want to speak to the Expedia representative…

I never leave negative reviews but anybody coming to this property needs to be very aware the room was in terrible condition the blankets were very old the pillows are old the carpet was very dirty huge gaps between the bottom of the door and the hallway outside you get two towels and if you don't drop them on the floor and the hallway in the morning you do not get clean towels I feel like the property is probably set up for low income living and they rent out available rooms when they have them this was 4th of July weekend if there was anything else available after I got there I never would have stayed

Heat Hotel is the absolute best hotel in Havasu. The staff is amazing, rooms are nice and location is great!
