Rooms are so small , location is so good and staff are so nice.

Great location near the old town and in front of the water. The best part is that you can swim in the lake in front of the hotel. The hotel looks great but it feels to me some of the server lack training and perhaps the chain is getting bigger as it doesn’t feel special anymore. In other high end hotels the check in is special, here it feels like any other check in.

Lovely hotel with great view

Good location. Very quiet and clean. Helpful reception staff. The only thing I didn’t like was that the coffee machine didn’t work, but that was minor.

Great stay. The tram is in fron of the hotel and it is close to Zurich Lake.
