Clean room with microwave, coffee maker and mini fridge.

We stayed 2 nights while visiting Mackinac Island. Shuttle bus to from Mackinac Island ferries and casino nearby are very convenient and people were friendly and outside areas for relaxing are pleasant. We would stay again.

They didn't tell us that you have to request housekeeping daily when you check in, so we didn't get clean towels as we needed them, when I did request housekeeping the night person didn't put the order in. otherwise everything was alright.

The units are small renovated apartments. They are clean and nice decorations. However there was no toilet paper and when I texted the number I had used to get our keyless entry info I received no response. There was shower gel in the corner of the bathroom but no shampoo. Not was there a top sheet in the bed only a comforter. It did serve our needs for the 2 nights we were there.

We had rooms on the first floor and were kept awake by the people in the room above us. It sounded like they were jumping on the bed and then on the uncarpeted floor. We stayed two nights and happened both nights. The rooms were adequate, however they were not ready for us at the 4 PM check in. We had to wait another 45 minutes. Air Con worked but the rooms were incredibly cool and damp. The towels never dried from the day before. Everything felt cool and clam-y. The facility was walking distance from th ferry and restaurants which we appreciated. Staff were friendly.

The rooms were ok, but the mattress was hard and even though was told there was a microwave in the room there wasn't any. Asked for a ground floor over looking the water. Got a balcony room overlooking the parking area. No phone in room to reach front desk. Would give it any stars if that was an option. Will not stay there again.
