Lewiston Vacation Packages

It was very homey - “mom and pop” kind of place - we arrived early evening and there was a note on the office door with our first names and which room was ours with a key in that room’s door and the note also said to check out the same way. Clock on door said they wouldn’t be back until the next day but there was a number to call if we needed them. Bed was comfortable with soft high thread count sheets and dish network for tv service. The windows had screens if you wanted to open them which I love ! I could see where parking was limited but wasn’t a problem because I believe there were some vacancies. The carpet was somewhat worn near the front door and the shower fixtures looked a little dated but worked just fine. The only problem I had was I didn’t pack a hair dryer and there wasn’t one provided in the room. Not sure if the owners lived on scene but there were two sweet fur babies (cats ) inside that kept a watchful eye over the area ! Made me feel at home since I can’t travel with mine ! I would definitely stay here again if in the area ( I would just bring my hair dryer) oh, and there was also a box fan but the air conditioner worked so well I wouldn’t have needed it.

Ok, for the price. But issues, no extra towels, no ice, terrible shower, clogged and no water pressure.

So dirty, needs to be updated! Everything is broken. Closet door kept open right in pathway. Very stuffy, no windows…

The esthetic of the buildings and grounds are very pleasing at first glance. In reality it appears to be an old econo lodge type motel remodeled with mcm details, but the musty smell remains in the room. The shower curtain liner was stained. The staff was very nice and the restaurant gets very busy for dinner with both guests and locals. We didn’t eat at the restaurant but the menu was well planned. The property is not on the beach. There is a nature preserve across the street, about a 30 minute walk to get to the beach. There was no car access to the nature preserve during road work.

Nice place, we got a really good deal. Lots of motels in town, I think this was probably one of the nicer ones. Dated, but good enough.

We liked it, The wife and I stayed for one night, We had a patio view of the lake, Place was clean, Check in was easy, Id stay again!!

Room was big but beds pretty tight by the wall. Location was great. Bathroom needed work: door was binding, floor felt like it was giving way, bad dark spot by tub floor, not sure if black mold but it wasn’t good. Tv/internet was down but it was down all over the night we stayed. Nice to have coffee maker in the room. Bed was comfy, it was quiet (Weds. Eve). Staff let us stay parked there while we went to Mackinac Island. We would stay again.

didn't actually get to stay in cabins it was more hotel with the same wood, very damp and smelly. hot tub fine for feet but would not put my body in, water park was cute, i wasn't traveling with children so didn't use.
