the room was dirty upon check in. they are mean . no towels at check in.

Very clean room and very helpful staff. Free coffee in the lobby in the morning. They have fire pits outside with chair chairs, which is very relaxing. 500 stairs up next to a giant ski lift if you want a work out. Beautiful golf course. It is a ski/golf lodge, but very well kept up.

People were very helpful pool and hot tub were great and breakfast was very good a nice place to stay👍

when you make a reservation with expedia make sure you check the dates 5 times if not more as it seems to change the dates for you without your knowledge after you reserve the room and then they refuse to change the date blaming the hotel when in fact it stipulates in expedia rules to the hotels that the hotels are not to change anything only expedia can, so we got screwed out of $200.00 will never do that again I will go through someone else
