We loved the water park and the staff were kind but our room was filthy. I brought this to the attention of the staff and asked for a different room as the blinds were broken meaning we couldn’t even open them, the door handles were broken, there was visible mold in the bathroom, counters were still dirty and so were the carpets. They stated that wasn’t an option but offered to have the cleaning crew come while we swam. When we returned to our room hours later it still hadn’t been cleaned so I took it upon myself to clean what I could. At this point the manager offered to either come clean or to give us 100tokens for the arcade. We opted for the arcade tokens as it was already getting late and my kids were tired. I was disappointed with the room but the rest was fine. I do have pictures if needed.

Lovely location! Listening to the water lap against the shore as we fell asleep was wonderful. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and seating area. Great water pressure in the shower! Wonderful breakfasts each morning. Enjoyed hearing the stories of the other guests and the hosts.

Will definitely stay there again

The property has a lakefront across the road. It has an enclosed structure with a table and chairs. There are several other chairs outside. Our room was comfortable with a small balcony overlooking the adjacent property and a small portion of the lakefront. The bathroom was small with shelves right over the commode tank. Breakfast was just okay. They had apples, hard boiled eggs, several breads, poor choice of yogurt, coffee, etc. Staff was friendly. They also have some Door County wines available in the evening from five to seven. The gym had just a few scanty weights. One of the tread mills had a damaged belt. Good location in the village of Ephraim.
