My room was excellent and very clean. My son's room unfortunately was the opposite with hairs on the bedding.

Super pet friendly and highly suitable for our two dogs. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and everything of a high quality. Excellent location.

The beds are way too small for two people

It's the little things that make the difference – sadly the hotel let itself down. Focusing on big glossy things (reception seats, marble floors and walls etc) all have their place but so do the small little things! Our room had issue. The nice hanging glass bulb lights are fab, but attract dust (Static electricity) and had not been 'cleaned' for what looked like a month. One of the bed side lights did not work at all. Pillow cover was inside out! Why do hotels insist on charging for parking as an extra to 'Travelling guest'? Don't you want guest to come & stay? A £1 on each room should cover any 'real' cost? Small things, but attention to detail is key for a 'big' chain.

No hot water in rooms. Mould and dirt on the walls. Wallpaper peeling off. Rooms were filthy. Staff were extremely unhelpful.
