Not a very good experience overall. They are very dirty and the staff acts like they don't want to be there. The pool was under renovation and a lot of things didn't work. We asked for a crib; they said they would bring it up but never did.

Honestly, one of the few hotels that I have had NO complaints about. Check in was quick and easy. Staff at front desk, restaurant, cleaning staff, all were very friendly and helpful. Loved using the pool and hot tub. Would definitely stay again if I am in the area.

A/c could have been better but overall a fantastic stay

I think you need to be careful with a couple of things. 1 Pricing. Need to ensure that you're getting the idea cause sometimes price fluctuates and you could be paying a lot more. 2 Cleanliness is something that can improve in the hotel. We noticed the first one we were given, had a bad odour and then we had to switch to another room. Overall room service is average nothing extraordinary, but, just things to be mindful of.

Pretty outside. Our room was musty, bathroom shower wouldn’t drain. Wasn’t very clean
