I really liked staying there! Good/plentiful breakfast, helpful/friendly staff, and within walking distance of both downtown Charlevoix and the beach. Some things are a bit outdated, but didn’t bother me. Highly recommend!

There was never any facility available!? When we arrived via GPS, could not contact anyone or see any evidence of a room and/or cabin for us to stay in? Phone posted on a door was not in service.

Loved the location. We were able to be close to all the activities going on.

Staff was very friendly. Hotel was dated and needs repairs. Our screen door had the screen ripped so it was useless. Room had damp feel and odor. Water park definitely for younger kids. Rate for stay was definitely in line with quality of service and amenities. I definitely would not recommend it.

We had a wonderful three night stay! The view from the second floor is just beautiful, and we loved sitting on the bench in the morning and looking at the bay. Our room was very clean and comfortable. It was very nicely decorated, too. Before checking in, the property had sent a message saying they left earplugs for us because the walls tend to be thin. This made me super nervous, but noise wasn’t an issue at all! The air conditioner is just loud enough that we never heard anyone around us. It is important to note that isn’t really like a standard hotel. There isn’t a lobby or office. They send you a code to check-in and a phone number to call if you need anything. We had to ask for fresh towels or toilet paper when we saw a staff member, and our room wasn't cleaned once we checked in. For us, this wasn’t an issue, but I would have liked at least the floor swept due to the sand from us going to the beach. We are pretty easy-going, so we didn’t mind that our beds weren’t made by a housekeeper each day or that we had to empty our own trash. The view, comfort, and price was well worth it, and we will certainly be back next summer!
