Walked in the room looks like it wasn't clean. Beds not made.Had spiderwebs with big spiders light flies on window sills and bath towels where used very dusty. Told front desk and she's says Ill send house keeping kinda rude didnt really care Definitely not worth the price. There hotel next door waas$59 a night and looked updated

Very convenient and hassle-free stay. The check-in process was extremely easy and required no interaction, which made everything very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable. We also had an early departure the next morning and were able to leave before the staff had even arrived, which made the whole experience seamless. Overall, a great option if you’re looking for a clean, convenient, and hassle-free place to stay in Cheboygan.

Spent a couple of nights in St. Ignace. Breakwater was excellent - 2 minutes away from the ferry to Mackinaw Island and a shuttle to get you there for a day trip. Breakfast was great as was the restaurant for dinner. Rooms were spacious, clean with a balcony and great views of the lake and the island. Friendly and helpful staff. Definitely recommend.

Convenient location, great view. Staff friendly and room was clean but it is an older property for the price.
