It looks like there may have been some remodeling going on and the ice machine on the third floor doesn’t work

I always stay here when I’m in town. The staff at the front desk was good but the housekeeping staff coming in the room without knocking and was a male wasn’t cool

The curtains would not close completely bc they were damaged. It looked like mustard stains on them. I chose a non smoking suite and the sofa smelt like weed. There was a hardened glue stuck on the sink area. The carpet on the back wall near the window was soaking wet (possibly from a leak from AC)

Unprofessional Treatment and Unjustified Do Not Check-In Restriction! I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Extended Stay America in North Jackson, Mississippi. I was refused check-in because I had apparently been placed on a Do Not Check-In list due to alleged property damage from a previous stay on October 9–12, 2025. I was never provided documentation or evidence supporting these allegations. When I requested an explanation, the employee refused to provide further information and would not allow me to photograph the information displayed on the screen. Because of this situation, I was left without accommodations, spent hours trying to find another hotel, and ultimately had to sleep in my car overnight. I am requesting a written response from Extended Stay America corporate management explaining: 1. Why was I placed on the Do Not Check-In list? 2. What specific property damage am I accused of causing? 3. What documentation or evidence supports these allegations? 4. Why was I not informed of this restriction before attempting to check in? 5. What steps can be taken to review or remove this restriction if it was imposed incorrectly? This experience was embarrassing, stressful, and completely unacceptable. I believe I deserve a clear explanation, a fair investigation, and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience I experienced. I am requesting that corporate management contact me directly and provide a written response.
