Clean room, very friendly staff. Ample parking. But... The "continental breakfast" was very lacking. Maybe it was the last hour but there was very little food other than a couple Eggo waffles and some cold cereal. Coffee? More like varnish or paint stripper. The orange juice was good but that's not breakfast. The room was nice. Clean, ample room. BUT... The bed was horrendous! Felt like a firm mattress with a sheet of plywood on top. Very uncomfortable. A place that ticks off all the other items should really update the beds. Hopefully the other 84 rooms don't have the same pitiful beds.

This hotel is a disaster ! It was a false advertisement on how the hotel really looks . The room was very very outdated and the air conditioner did not work in the bedroom . The smell was overbearing with roach spray ….. We went up to the room and attempted to stay but we were unable to make it work . The front desk said they had another room but my wife said absolutely not ! The receptionist said he was going to cancel the reservation and not to worry that the charges were going to be removed !! Now I am having to do the leg work because they lied to me and are still attempting to charge me for a room I never used . My credit card has an investigation in the works also . Beware of this hotel and what they are about !!!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Nyack and hope to go back in the future. It has a very cool goth-meets-modern industrial vibe. The hot tub and pool were great and the staff were beyond friendly. You can easily walk to town, which has a lot to offer for eating and shopping. The nature trails in the area are fantastic. Our morning walk/run along the Hudson had amazing views. More strenuous nature hikes are also close to the hotel. There is a fitness center and on site restaurant and bar. We didn’t have a chance to try those but hope to try them next time. A surprise plus was complimentary EV charging.

Clean and good breakfast

Check-in was good, but we were put in a handicap room when we booked a non-handicap room. The rugs didn’t feel clean in the room, nor did the shower. While we were sitting on the patio outside a rat ran right by my leg

Parking was free in hotel's own car park, rooms were clean and well equipped. Breakfast was additional cost at the Starbucks concession in the main lounge/dining area.

Staff was very accommodating, friendly and professional. It was as a pleasure to stay there.
