Our stay was comfortable. No complaints.

Other than no Elevator really nice place just on the outskirts of town big large rooms great shared kitchen with all the amenities. Coffee ice washer dryer very nice. Would go back nice place.

The bed was great. Room was ok. My complaint was that there was a large group of people who were there having a family reunion or something for the 4th of July.... And they basically tailgated outside the front of the hotel all weekend. I had to walk my family through clouds of pot smoke and loud, obnoxious people to get inside. I could hardly believe the hotel allowed this.... The hotel definitely knew because they were literally right outside the front desk. Then the morning crowd at breakfast was the same. We opted to eat somewhere else. At night the pool crowd was the same, so we didn't swim or hot tub. Amazingly, our room was quiet and we slept pretty well, which was the point of our stay anyway right? But we smelled pot as we walked through the halls and definitely when the party was happening 2 nights in a row outside the hotel's front doors. I don't know if this is a regular thing or of it was the holiday, but I was not impressed and will never stay there again even though the location was good.

I book a king bed room but did not get that room (2 queens instead). Not a big deal but not what I expected. There was a plumbing problem that evidently affected several rooms including mine. I did not have water in the bathroom when I turned on the faucets in the morning. After a few minutes, the water began to flow but was a dark rusty color that did not clear after several minutes of running the shower and sink faucets. As a result, I was unable to shower or brush my teeth.

Expedia were supposed to give me $20 food credit and was told to mention it to staff as I did they seemed confused and told me to just charge it to the room so I did exactly what they told me after leaving I was charged an additional $28 for food
