Odd smell in room. Ac did not work in first room. They moved us and everything was good. Inexpensive lodging. Would use again.

Convenient for access to shopping and transportation needs.

The front desk staff was the most unprofessional rude person I have ever met. He was condescending with a worse attitude.

The property is under renovation, but was very clean and well kept. The staff was outstanding especially the manager, Jenn Berry. She went way out of her way to make sure my stay was perfect. I was there for only two nights, but they were very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel. The pool and hot tub were under renovation and drained but when I get back that way I will be looking forward to a nice swim or soak in the hot tub. The Manager, Jenn Berry, was on top of everything going on and was outstanding. Her staff looked professional and was very helpful.

It’s been a long time since I’ve rated a stay low. I always take time to look at ratings prior to booking. Surprised this location was a 9/10. It all started at check in, the two gentlemen working the desk were a bit odd to be working a front desk. They seemed a little out of it. They couldn’t figure out which rooms others have been booked into so they were going to rooms to check if anyone was in there already. They lost our paperwork and keys multiple times at the front desk while checking us in. The whole thing was strange. The room was a little worn down with a funk odor to it. We were just staying one night so figured we’d stick it out. The whole time wondering if someone would walk into our room since the front desk couldn’t figure out which rooms were booked… The morning we woke up to multiple dogs barking in an adjacent room from 6:30am to the time we left at 9:30am. If you’re going to allow pets in rooms, make the walls more sound proof and keep none pet rooms far from them.
