The interior design and style with a lot of paintings are amazing! The freshly-ordered breakfast is delicious. The staff is very nice and friendly. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, I don't think the carpets have been vacuumed in a long while. The pool and pool area were spotless and very nice.

Ants all over the tables and beds asked for help got no help $205 wasted I asked for my money back they said they could not do it

The coffee/breakfast area was never cleaned from the morning. We checked in after 7 pm. There was pancake batter smeared across the counter and down the front of the lower cabinet. the next morning the new breakfast foods were laid out on the dirty countertops. Disgusting. The bedroom had a sticky floor and the sleeper sofa was all stained and old looking. For a recently renovated hotel it was disgusting. If it wasn't non-refundable we would not have stayed. At least the bedding was clean. Comparable price to other Syracuse hotels, stay somewhere else.

Parking situation is a bit confusing but once figured out the stay was clean and comfortable
