Do not book at this hotel!! It was absolutely disgusting, bedding was dirty-covered in hair and who knows what dried spots and stains on the sheets and pillows. There was a dead roach on the floor. There was nothing in the bathroom (soap) and no garbage can anywhere. The room was reserved for 2 adults and only 1 towel and 1 hand towel were offered (no wash cloth or second set for the other guest). The floors were dirty and the walls splattered with (food?) something. The door was peeling/split from what looked like severe water damage and had no lock on it. There was an a/c unit but no heat. The smoke detector on the ceiling was covered by a plastic shower cap. Reality of this place was nothing like what the pictures posted showed!!! We ended up sleeping in the car in the parking lot. When we first arrived it was before the 3pm check in (1:30pm) - usually other hotels allow early access. The guy at the desk said that check out is at 11am and the previous nights guests hadn’t left yet (that didn’t make sense to me why they were still there). I explained that we would not be back until after midnight due to the obligation we were in the area for. We got back around 1-1:30am to check in. The office was locked and had to call to get someone to give us the keys. Had it not been the middle of the night I would have refused the room and left. I wish I could add more than 8 photos

Only complaint is there wasn’t a fridge in the room, and housekeeping only comes around once a day.

Overall the stay was fine, but the walls are so thin you can hear absolutely everything from everyone walking by or next door. Was woken up so many times. The overall hotel is quite dated but it was good for the price.

The front desk check-in was fast and the man was extremely helpful!!! I confirmed that they could drop and pick us up from a concert at Shea’s …for free. The valet parking worked well too! The free breakfast had a variety of items and the coffee was hot. Only issue was the noise in the hallway at 2 am from other guests coming back from a night out and talking loudly in front of our door for 10 minutes.
