Had issues with the closed captions on all televisions so had the maintenance checked the situation He then mentioned he had to wait until weekday Monday to check on them.

The suite was pretty nice. Someone else's hair was on the bed; put a damper on things.

Had no coffee or cups in room for 2 days but staff was good to reimburse us for parking as positive gesture

Hotel was fine but is getting a little old. Good value for the price and within walking distance of most downtown attractions.

From the minute we arrived to the minute we checked out, an amazing stay, very clean, beds comfortable, convenient location. Great space downstairs for family, gym, and breakfast each morning was wonderful. Will stay here again and recommend to friends and family

We had the best experience at this hotel. We were there for medical appointments at the Children's Hospital, and the staff was more than accommodating. The room was very clean. The front desk staff and valet service were excellent. We ended up eating at the restaurant at the hotel, and it was a nice experience as well!
