Nice location, close to CMU campus, well designed one bedroom studio, free breakfast with all the basics, including oatmeal. It will be better, if hot water is available all the time(it's out in the afternoon). And oatmeal container don't have a plastic wraper inside it.

The staff was courteous and the space was really cool and clean, however you can hear every conversation that the room beside you is having I suppose because of the high ceilings. Our neighbors ended up having a party (teenage birthday party), but the staff was very helpful in shutting it down.

Located in the heart of downtown. Very lovely and chic inside. Staff were Amazing! Food not so good in the restaurant but nice atmosphere. Clean upgraded amenities ( love the soap and lotion, Lime coriander) I will stay here again!

Rating on high side mainly due to 24-hour shuttle availability from airport, and ease of check-in/check-out. The toilet did not work properly, causing significant delay between uses. I notified the staff that a new fill valve is required.
