We went for the water park but it turns out they shut it down half way through our stay. Our kids were very disappointed, but the hotel itself was beautiful and the staff were very accommodating.

It is off a major steer in the area, so some noise is to be expected. That being said, the staff was very friendly, the room was nice, and they had just installed a new shower that was unexpected and a real treat. Ask for Tajus, he was excellent at his job.
