The towels in our room were dirty and the tub was plugged when we used it . The hallways and main common areas looked liked they have never been vacuumed in months .

Terrible experience. The room had a strong smoke odor despite being advertised as non-smoking. We discovered a bed bug crawling on our infant during the night and had photo evidence of the bug and blood stains on the sheets. Management denied the incident, refused to take responsibility, and blocked our refund request through Expedia. Disgusting environment and the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Avoid this hotel.

Great unique place to stay. Perfect location!

Kathy at the front desk was helpful. Surprised no one knew what was going on in the area over the weekend. Big Bull Falls Blues Fest shuttle sign out front of hotel but no one knew anything about it (i.e. pick up times, etc.). The entire property is under construction, would have been nice to know that when booking and a discount should have been given. No early morning coffee available. If you book a room with a full kitchen pack your own pots, pans, cooking utensils, towels, dish soap, paper towels, etc. We had nothing to prepare food with. Also, pack plates, utensils and cups...only 4 of each provided. Hope the property can turn this around while they remodel. Not a great experience, not terrible.

Truly amazing hosts, Dan and Margaret make you feel so welcome. Their breakfasts are amazing, tarts and apple crisp to augment omelettes and pancakes! They take time to get to know their guests. The surrounding acres are beautiful riverside that you can take advantage of via kayak or canoe. It is adjacent to a YMCA facility so the stay is quiet and serene. Proximate to Rib Mountain park for hiking, or two renowned art museums, including the Leigh Yawkey Woodson "Birds in art" museum, it makes for a wonderful, personalized stay.
