The area is great! The hotel needs investment in carpets and updates, it’s old and not much money going back in to keep it looking nice. The big surprise was an additional $30 resort fee after hotels.com includes taxes and fees. Oh yes, you will find in small print some properties add fees. Now I’ll need to rethink the expense if I continue using this platform.

There is nothing AC and air circulation in the unit was not good. The window in the bedroom didn’t have a screen as well.

I booked this hotel room for two nights for the 4th of July weekend. When we arrived there was not anyone at the front desk and nobody would answer the phone. Finally someone arrived at the front desk and he could not find the reservation but he took me to a room anyway. The room was clearly dirty and had not been cleaned from the last people to use it. The sheets on the bed were dirty, it was disgusting. The bathtub needed to be cleaned and the trash can needed to be emptied. There was no effort by the hotel to fix this, so we had to move to a Motel 6, which was so much nicer. I asked for the hotel not to charge me since I did not stay there, but they charged me anyway. Obviously they do not care and only want money. Beware, do not stay at this hotel

If your planning to go to Yosemite it’s too far. Good for mammoth lake

Very nice hotel. Close to shuttle stops to village. Good parking. Clean comfortable rooms. Great indoor hot tub. Excellent staff.
