Day time staff was much more helpful than evening staff. Air conditioning worked very poorly in my room. When I first contacted the front desk and probably five men showed up to my room to try to fix this which was a bit weird since I’m a single female. The comments they need towards the end were inappropriate. Either way air conditioner wasn’t fixed. There never was a difference in the cooling of the room. On top of it when I reminded the front desk girl - Erika, that the ac still wasn’t working, she said ‘oh well everyone else’s is’ which is a ridiculous response to give a guest. I came down again at 10 PM and finally asked for a fan to which she acted like was the biggest inconvenience in the world. She was so rude to me that night the rest of my trip. I scheduled the rest of my 2 week trip at the hotel next-door because that room was too hot and the sheets were so scratchy. Not worth the price.

No air conditioning

The rooms were great! Well equipped. Spacious. Comfortable. The pool was super fun for the kids. Two jacuzzis. well located in town. The only caveat is that there was a band and loud music late right below us. The manager said it wasn't supposed to be and was a one- off situation. If that hadn't happened, it would be a 5 STAR completely!!!

breakfast was very good

Room, common areas, and amenities were clean and functional. Breakfast buffet was good quality. However, the shuttle did not go to Zephyr Cove despite the website saying it did. Also, there was no option to connect to streaming services on the TV. Finally, at Landshark Grill the service was quite slow, didn’t get assistance for 10 minutes after sitting down, in fact the manager had to be the one to ask us if we’d been helped yet, and he flagged the hostess to help us. Overall was satisfied but would be nice if the issues above were addressed, would really have improved the experience.
