The a/c unit was noisy thats the only issue I had

The room was beautiful, and the breakfast was okay. The only qualm we had was we were given a dress code to attend breakfast, after not being made aware at check in or before eating. The innkeeper told us “sometimes people complain,” about pajamas being worn to eat breakfast. However, we were not told prior to our meal, nor was it made known at check in. We understand expectations, however the way it was handled was unnecessary. Generally, the staff was nice, and the manager of the property was helpful, but we didn’t appreciate how the protocol was addressed with us in particular, as other guests were seen with pajamas not long after. Other than that, I would recommend this place to others.

Friendly welcoming staff. Very clean properties spacious rooms, and wonderful housekeeping staff. A lovely bar with delicious drinks. We did not have any food, but the bartenders were very friendly and the drinks were delicious. Very quiet, well maintain property. We would absolutely recommend it would stay here again.

Helpful staff and a clean room.

The staff was there to answer questions which we had a lot of due to the uniqueness of this dorm style hotel. It was the nicest dorm experience we ever had. Beautiful!

Old and rooms not clean

The hotel was not what I expected, the breakfast buffet was barely stocked a comment was made by a staff member that they keep minimal out due to the sports teams that come through. I was on the 3rd floor and the carpets clearly had not been vacuumed in a long time. The garbage in the hall by the elevators were overflowing and not emptied during my 2 day stay. I chose this hotel and paid more to stay here compared to other hotels expecting a clean and comfortable stay.

Upon check in our room was excruciatingly hot . Maintenance was kind and helpful Chris brought us two box fans . Our downstairs bathroom smelt of urine, The pullout couch had dirty sheets on it , there was no hot water the three times I tried to shower, the dresser up stairs was sticky including the remote , there were crushed chips in the corner of the room.The front desk staff was notified Patty and Zach.Patty was too busy to talk when I asked to speak with management . Zack sent a worker to my room I was handed sheets and cleaner. I asked if he could at least change the sheets and clean the bathroom I was informed that he was not housekeeping and housekeeping left for the evening. I am appalled . My room should have been cleaned properly before check in or at the very least cleaned after I contacted front desk . We have stayed at this resort for the past six or so years for Fourth of July weekend meeting family from out of state . The heart and hospitality of Greek Peak has faded away . This is very unfortunate. My family and I will be finding other accommodations for the Fourth of July weekend. On a positive note the manager Rob from the water park was the only good thing about our trip. I enjoyed watching him walk round and round thru the water park fist bumping everyone and making sure everyone is safe and taken care of . He’s an asset to your company.also the Starbucks girl Kristine? She is kind , caring and helpful. Take notes from her front desk staff !!!!
