Clean and in good condition. Location is very good. A good value.

Although ‘soap’ was included in the bathroom, no shower soap, nor shampoo, was available….handsoap only. This unit is probably OK for a single traveler, but not for couples. Cheap furnishings and poor craftsmanship of finish work…trim, flooring, paint, etc. No air conditioning…just a small ceiling fan, with the pull-chain out of reach to adjust the speed. Regular size bed was mattress only, no box springs. Price was unreasonable for this property. Not impressed and will not return.

The Island House was a beautiful property and located within an easy walking distance to the town, carriage rides, shops, and restaurants. The BBQ at the Ice House was great. The staff were courteous and very friendly. Delivery of luggage to/from the ferry was easy and timely. The only suggestion I would have is to put some type of ledge or stool in the shower for us ladies.

Hotel was in a nice location, beautifully designed and very clean. Room decor was outstanding but lacked some functionality-lack of shelf space in the bathroom and bed side tables were too small. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Very disappointed with the HVAC for the room. Sounded like an airplane taking off. They supply guests with earplugs! Would have expected better A/C for the price we paid.

Very clean, and affordable. Enjoyed the stay. would recommend.

Friendly staff, nice clean room, large size.

The room was very clean and seemed like it was remodeled recently. They had a nice pool and hottub we enjoyed. Also had a nice breakfast included with eggs, sausage,waffles and other things. Overall a great place to stay.
