When I arrived, there was a bit of hiccup with registration, but it was taken care of in a professional manner and all ended well. Front desk was very friendly and helpful.

A beautifully maintained and historic hotel. Stepping through doors recall another quieter time. The rooms a spotless and the staff is very kind and helpful. The saxophone player in the library lounge was delightful

The room door wouldn't open sometimes, so I got locked in a few times, and the location isn't ideal. There is a homless park right next door.

Perfect stay. Had a wonderful weekend with my husband. Restaurants excellent

This place was fantastic !!!! The up keep on the property , the helpful friendly staff , the cleanliness and timeframe for request. The new gaming machines…..and I don’t gamble , simply beautiful. In Las Vegas , I stay at the Venetian, and your hotel is small , but you put them to shame . Thank you , for a WONDERFUL , FANTASTIC , BEAUTIFUL, EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN, FRIENDLY, experience , for me and my family.

The property is an oasis right on the U of A campus. Our room was pretty clean. We had a beautiful room with a view but huge smudges and fingerprints on the windows and some random hairs found on bedding and in the bathroom. So a little tougher to relax The sink was clogged too and the pipes made noise. There weren’t obvious areas to refill water bottles, and it’s needed in the heat. Overall fair + visit. Upstairs pool and restaurant are a nice plus.
