Very nice hotel. The only issue I had with this place is they literally take “holding” fees out of EVERYTHING you purchase out of there including the vending machines! I’ve never had that happen to me in any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Imo they should definitely change that. That’s the only reason I wouldn’t stay there again.

This was a stay in a unique hotel. We enjoyed it and the proximity to all we wanted to see was great. We had on site parking right at the front door. It was clean and the staff were very friendly. Having a hot tub in the room was wonderful to relax in after a day of travel. This is a great example of turning an old building into a new venture. We would stay here again.

Location was good.

This is a great hotel on the lake at a reasonable price. Food choices are excellent. They have a live band every Wednesday night which is great. However, when we were there the band was heavy metal which I thought was unusual for a hotel on a lake-did not seem to appeal to many hotel guests, but locals came and enjoyed it. The pool is nice but is on the side of the hotel and it would be much nicer if you had a lake view from the pool.
