Good place in the neighborhood

The NoblDen Hotel was amazing! I would definitely stay here again when visiting NYC. It was close to Little Italy, ChinaTown, SOHO, and a great spot from which to navigate Manhattan. The rooms were so clean, comfortable, and it was awesome to have a balcony and the rooftop to see the city. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful! Highly recommend!

Fabulous experience. Front desk staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and efficient. Especially while checking-in. Would come back again! Rooms are thoughtfully designed and have amazing views!

Was notified of the Hotel being overbooked on arrival, the Staff was very helpful to find a resolution. Overall the Hotel was clean. Beware of nightly "resort" fees.

For the price, clean room and staff this is a good choice

This hotel needs cleaning.The bathroom was dirty and it has mold in the bath and shower.Made me cringe never booking this hotel again and the pictures will deceive you online nothing like the pictures the bed was uncomfortable and very low and shaky, something also bit me in the bed.In the heart of manhattan you would expect better.Felt disappointed.

Love staying here. Great staff great spacious rooms (for nyc). Wonderful location. However this trip, the air conditioning in the lobby/hallways/elevator was out of service for the entire almost week of my stay. I felt particularly bad for the staff who had to sit & work in those areas during a heatwave. This wouldn’t have been so bad, except 1 of the 2 elevators on the premises was also out of service the entire stay. During busy hours it took an extremely long time to go up or down & the housekeeping team was also traveling using the same elevator having to bring many items along with them. (Not their fault.) Hampton Inn please fix the air conditioning & elevator for the sake of your staff & guests.
