Staff from whoever greeted me at the desk coming and going very polite and quick. Facility is clean. My room was ok. Stains on rug. Need an upgrade. Bed ok not very comfortable. Pillows need upgrade. Not downe pillows. Breakfast. “Hot” section sadly not hot and truly not really edible.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites White Haven - Poconos by IHG
Room had no running water. (Sink, shower, toilet, not working). The issue was eventually fixed but the water then came out brown and dirty. Then the drain in the shower backed up.

The heater wasn’t working , they have to change us to another , room,,, and the new room wasn’t clean eather,, the sheets with blood stain , the refrigerator also was very dirty . A mess … use to stay there , but it seen that someone else bought the place .

Room was clean and breakfast was good. Parking was easy and plentiful. Hotel is very close to JFBB ski resorts. It's a good spot to stay for a ski weekend. Finding good places to eat close by proved difficult.
