The staff was wonderful.

The Hotel is Excellent. I travel for work and stay there very briefly but every time I go I have a great experience.

Slept great but over charged for deposit.She said 100.00 and I looked in my account and I have 120.00 pending.Clean place just be wary of over charging.

Good, clean room. Outside, not so much. Convienent to the airport. Looks dumpy from the outside, could use a few upgrades inside also

Told the front desk our shower and sink drains were filling up Response tells me they won’t do anything about it

We had a great stay, although the room kind of had a funky layout. The staff was incredibly friendly, they even hooked us up with an hdmi cord for the night which was super nice of them. My only complaint is that the sheet material used, especially for the couch pull out bed, was very cheap and felt damp, which it wasn’t wet or anything it just was not comfortable to sleep with. The breakfast nook looked good but we were unable to eat b/c we had to leave early. In conclusion, it was a quality place that I would stay at again.

The staff was extremely accommodating. We were visiting with other family members who were in a room in the opposite end of the building, and when we asked to be moved closer they took care of it and were very pleasant about it. We used the shuttle to go to the baseball game and Brian the driver couldn’t have been nicer. A great experience
