My room was clean and I did not experience any issues during my 7 day stay. The prooerty could use some TLC in the halls, stained carpet, taped floors. The room curtains were torn otherwise it was a good stay.

As far as Hampton Inns go this was one quite worn which definitely made it felt dingy. Overall okay, the walls are super thin so bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper

I normally stay at the Holiday Inn Clark however, this hotel is almost as good. Holiday Inn and Clark has me spoiled. The room was clean. Staff was nice. Parking was great no issues.
