Newport-On-Tay Vacation Packages

These apartments are absolutely the way to go in Edinburgh- the location is very central and the check in process was super swift and hands off. Super spacious, with laundry ensuite (remember to bring your own soap). The only slight snag was some stompy folks on the floor above, but that seems to be a given when travelling and sharing space.

Dirty and unkept and terrible checking in. There is a sign in the room which says that sue to consideration of the environment that the rooms are not cleaned everyday and to contact online if your room needs to be clean. That is a cop out!! There is a high turnover of guests, of course the rooms need cleaned everyday. Absolutely filthy rooms. This used to be a good backpackers but has gone right down hill. Staff cuts have taken its toll. I will never stay here again.

Great location with plenty of shops nearby. Very good bus link at the end of the road into the city. Very reasonable price. I had a single room which was small but adequate. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable but squeaky. The floorboards were also squeaky but that's to be expected in an older property.

We just stayed one night between the end of a tour and an early flight tge next morning. It was a safe place to lay our head for a few hours before moving on. We were met by the owner and given information about the area. We were grateful for the accommodation.

Room was clean and mostly comfortable. A fan would have been nice as it was stuffy. The stairs are a bit difficult to manage with luggage. Shops and restaurants are close by which is convenient. You don’t really interact with staff. There is a box with instructions for getting your keys and then instructions on where to leave them.

I had an excellent stay and couldn’t fault the room. It had all the amenities you could require plus lots of additional little details that are above and beyond

Our single bed wasn’t made, no sheets, duvet. also not enough towels in the room
