1. Good: The location of the facility was very good and having a fitness room on sight was nice. Enjoyed the putt putt course, too. 2. Bad: Heater operation was not wonderful. 3. Ugly: a. Very loud leaf blower being operated right behind cabin in the evening and even after dark until we complained b. No warning that a loud emergency siren could go off at night. I understand the need but a heads up would have been nice c. Paid the same as our companions for a cabin but ours was considerably smaller I would avoid this property in the future

Didn’t fix the sink plug after I told them it was broke, maintenance never did show up like she said he was going to. The room card wouldn’t work and they blew it off saying it was because it was I had the cards next to my phone…the card thing on door was malfunctioning and soap dispenser empty. Why have it if you’re not going to fill it. Annoyed with this place.

Location was great- right across from Olympic center.

Every things are very good except for the hotel did NOT provide us the sleepers to use when I was in the shower, The room is clean, The staffs are very friendly and polite, Breakfast is excellent, Lake view is perfect . I just very disappointed that the hotel didn’t provide the sleepers for me to use when I took the shower. My husband had to help me to get in and out the bath room. No bathtub
