Excellent stay!

The location was excellent - in a lovely tree filled neighborhood within easy walking of the main commercial streets. The room was comfortable, clean, no frills, but did have a little fridge. no complaints. But there is a general air of disinterest in the details that make for a truly pleasant experience. The Keurig coffee maker in the lobby of the guest building was a plus, but no milk, only artificial creamers. There were unwatered dead plants in the public areas and the inn went cheap on guest toiletries and the continental breakfast. The mini pastries were stale and tasteless. There is a restaurant in the inn with lovely outside seating, but dining experience was disappointing the food was only fair. A tomato salad special - about $16 - had only 2 small pieces of chopped tomato. Service was friendly and reasonably professional. This would be a great place to sit outside for drinks.

The air conditioner worked. There was warm water. We found dead roaches, bugs in ceiling light fixture, icky stuff on shower walls and curtain, a thick layer of dust on the headboard. Dirty bathroom floor behind door and toilet, mold on the ceiling. Mattress and pillows very firm. Employee that checked us in said only “room —-“. This could be a very charming place, but it needs a deep clean and an overhaul.

The pool was a lot of fun! There is even pool toys and stuff for kids to play with. My family loved the house. The beds were super comfortable and the room darkening curtains were so great. My family was very comfortable here!

Perfect for an overnight! Nice modern space that’s close to the village and holiday valley. Mini fridge was super helpful, and temperature controls were very easy to use. Would definitely come back!

The breakfast was incredible, the room was cute and the staff was attentive! The only thing that would have made it better was if I could have stayed longer!
