The cleanest place in town. My favorite place to stay when taking my son back to school!

Booked a room with a kitchen and a hot tub. Called to ask a question and they said the room I booked had a chemical smell they were trying to get rid of, so was switching to a similar type of room. I get there no kitchen, no Hot tub, just a smaller bath tub. The room had a huge hole in the ceiling as well.

The ice machine was not working at all, it was empty and if I had known I would have just brought ice. The room was lovely in size and amenities but had not been cleaned very well and there were remnants of the previous guest which seemed sloppy to me. The location is great and again, room size, bathroom/shower, bedding all really nice.

No coffee available except that dispensed by the one supper in the room; pretty major disappointment

Do yourself a favor and skip this facility. On the surface this would appear to be a fine hotel but is actually a tired looking property in desperate need of a renovation. Once inside I found stained sheets and rug, outdated bathrooms and rooms in general. Lamps missing light bulbs, broken window screens and elevators with missing carpet patches are just a few things I quickly noticed. I was stopping for the night after a very long drive, mentioned to the front desk that I just wanted room service and a quiet room. I was placed directly next to some very loud wedding guests. (Since I unintentionally celebrated with them and their loud music and putting green fun, outside my window, the least they could have done was invite me to the wedding.) They have a limited, overpriced room service menu with an automatic 20% gratuity and $3 service fee. On top of this I was hit with a $16 "resort" fee upon check in. It's not the actual dollar amount that was disappointing but the unexpected add on. Hotels.com, all fees included, you may want to look into that ridiculous charge. I suggest you scroll past this listing and find yourself a different place to stay.
