Old, but neat. Small, but cute. Very friendly and helpful manager. Very reasonable price. Window AC unit was old and did not work well. We were immediately moved to a slightly larger room where the AC worked well. Manager said they were gradually replacing the AC units. This is a motel. Just a place to sleep. Felt safe, but right on a main road. Would prefer to see a deadbolt added rather than just a door lock.

There was never any facility available!? When we arrived via GPS, could not contact anyone or see any evidence of a room and/or cabin for us to stay in? Phone posted on a door was not in service.

I loved the view of the bridge from our room.

It says there is a water park. It is mostly a splash pad with a pool and hottub with no bubbles. Staff was great rooms were decent.

This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. The room was in terrible condition and clearly had not been cleaned properly before our arrival. The floors, bathroom, and other areas were dirty, and the overall cleanliness was completely unacceptable. What made the experience even worse was the staff. They were rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful when we raised our concerns. Instead of trying to resolve the issues, they showed little interest in providing good customer service. The room did not match the standards advertised, and staying there was very uncomfortable. For the price we paid, this experience was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values cleanliness, comfort, and respectful customer service. There are many better places to stay. Save yourself the frustration and book somewhere else.
