My wife and daughter stayed here, while my son and I stayed at Cooperstown All Star Village. The first night their room had a damp and musty smell, which they tried to power through. The second evening the toilet overflowed. When my wife called the front desk, they became irritated that she would not wade through the toilet water to turn off the supply line. The staff (one person) moved my wife to a new room. My wife inspected this "new" room to find it had mold in the shower, a lamp that was partially melted, and when they pulled back the sheets there was hair and blood stains!! Their 3rd room was "good enough", however they purchased their own sheets and pillows because they did not trust anything in that hotel anymore. Our experience with this hotel was an absolute nightmare. My wife considered sleeping in the car instead of entering this building for one more evening.

Moldy scent as soon as we entered the room. Top sheets on bed not clean. Towels not clean. Leaking toilet in bathroom.

Very friendly

No pastries . No muffins, orange juice tasted fermented. Room windows filthy. Could not see outside well, only a few apples for fruit . Suggest put some oranges and bananas there. . Booked far in advance to get a room far away on third level. Not nice for a 70 plus couple.

There has been a lot of changes in this area but this hotel has remained steadily consistent with great service, location and quality.
