Fantastic stay. Great location. Access to the Fox river trail… managed to get a few morning walks in. Also- Thai restaurant on site is amazing!

The staff were very helpful and the room was nice and clean.

Clean room, very nice staff. Hot tub was in good working condition.

Front desk would not give out bottles of water at night. The two rooms we had did not have closets to hang clothes. There were no hooks in the bathroom. For the money we spent, close to $2000, these rooms were well below that value.

Nothing!!!! No amenities, ice, tv channels. Floors were gross. My advice: DON’T STAY THERE

This hotel is really run down! You are met at the front door with dirty entryway rugs, hardwood floors that haven’t been refinished in at least 20 years, and carpet that’s rippled and torn. Plus the whole hotel reeked of pot everywhere. Our room smelled musty, had burned out light bulbs, and the carpet needed to be cleaned. Lighting in the room was really poor but might be better if they just replaced all the light bulbs. Breakfast was an experience. It was served from 7 to 10:30 a.m. but they ran out of pancake batter at about 8:30 a.m. I didn’t see anyone working in the dining area so nothing was getting replenished. When I went to make a cup of tea and the “hot” water dispenser had cold water. My husband had cold coffee. We went out for breakfast! On Sunday morning the front desk had a sign out that said “we’ll be right back” during prime check out time. The person at the desk was actually there, just in the office in the back. He was really friendly when he came out, but never did take the sign down. We’ll never stay here again and will probably not stay at any Country Inn and Suites in the foreseeable future.
