I stayed there for a week. Room was clean. Bill prepared breakfast every morning. He greeted every customer at the restaurant and gave us a tray for breakfast buffet. His customer service was beyond my expectations. I would stay again when I visit Tokyo.

The laundry room inside the room is very convenient. Also there is in room microwave and table ware to use. Very nice ! There is water and coffee machines down in the lobby for you to use with a free water bottle:)

This is a newer hotel and the rooms are very nice. Everything you need is close by. There’s a 7-11 on the second floor of the same building, which was super convenient. EISEI STAY Ikebukuro Nishi
No staff and i was stressing out when i made to eisei stay instead of nishi one. The name of the two hotel were a little confusing but i get it. Thank god figured it out and successfully checked in. Room is clean and new Nothing to complain, pretty good.
