The check in process took forever, the line was out to the door and wrapping back around. After a very long wait, when we got up to our room it was already occupied. We had to go back and wait again for a different room, only one person was working the front desk even though other staff was present. Room was nice, comfortable and clean. Not enough parking onsite, but a public parking area was nearby. Nice location making it walkable to most activities.

Wonderful stay and very convenient for our campus tour

Loved everything about this weekend getaway!

Nothing like the pictures, which I can only assume were taken 10 years ago. This hotel is poorly maintained, and it shows from the moment you walk through the automatic lobby doors, which sound like cargo doors opening and closing, to the ripped cushions on the couch in our room. At first glance, the room appeared clean, but everything had a film on it. The laminate floors were so sticky that simply walking across them made enough noise to wake someone up. We checked in, went upstairs, saw the condition of the room, and immediately checked right back out. What was even more telling was that the same employee who checked us in didn’t seem the least bit surprised when we returned to check out. No questions, no concern, not even an apology. I’ve since contacted Hotels.com, whose response has been haphazard and seemingly uninterested in resolving the situation. I’ve also heard absolutely nothing from the hotel itself. The pictures are misleading, the property is neglected, and the customer service is nonexistent. I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect a hotel to resemble what it advertises and to show at least some concern when a guest finds the conditions unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else.
