Check in was great although the staff member didn’t say a word to me. Steven was a valet I think, he was at the elevator to the hotel and was incredible. He offered many places to see and ways to leave the city during rush hour. He’s a gem.

The Cook Hotel and Conference Center at LSU
They started charging for breakfast and it’s not great. They limit the number of sausage and bacon a guest can get and they were out of muffins and syrup.

There was mold on the walls around my whole room. The property was old. The staff switched me to a new room which seemed older and never offered assistance to help with my luggage. Very disappointed.
