This was a unique stay with clean rooms, staff was friendly at check in, the bar/restaurant is amazing too!

First off this is no where near the amphitheater. Same name, different places. That was not made clear when booking our overpriced room. The shuttle service was helpful but again we were unaware of travel time to the concert. Then after checking in we had to park fair distance away (they do have velvet) only to be turned away when returning to the building because they do check your personal belongings and we had beer with us. Totally unaware we couldn’t bring our own. We were not the only ones was one after another behind us. Once we finally made it to our $300 + room that had fruit flies and smells of cigarettes. Very disappointed for price. Felt like we were the bad guys. Hopefully this helps anyone that is going the concerts. Many options close to venue that are way less money, close and you don’t have to buy $19 beers.

We’ve stayed at the Radisson Blu several times now and it never disappoints!! The staff is awesome and the rooms are always very clean and super comfy! The pool area was closed for updates this time but everything else was perfect!
