SMOKING...EVERYWHERE. BOTH CIGARETTES AND POT. Bathrooms are held together with Caulk. If you are traveling for business, stay in Oneonta or Binghamton.

We stopped here only because we were on our way from upstate NY back to Boston. The property was clean, had the standard amenities and an okay breakfast.

Great breakfast, clean rooms. Everything we were looking for

The property was not actually located at the address shown on my reservation. When we arrived, we found out that the accommodation was at a different address, which was already very concerning. Once we entered the property, there were several serious health and safety issues. The room had a very strong moldy smell, and one of the light fixtures was falling down, which we felt was dangerous. The bathroom was located on the first floor, and the bathroom window was open and could not be closed. There was also no curtain or proper privacy, so we could not reasonably use the bathroom. By the time we discovered all of these problems, it was already very late at night. We had nowhere else to go immediately, so we only stayed for about three hours to get a little rest, and then we left the property early in the morning. I want to be very clear that we did not leave because we simply didn’t like the accommodation. We left because the property was unsafe, unsanitary, and not reasonably usable. Also, the fact that the actual location was different from the address provided on the reservation is extremely concerning. Given these circumstances, I am requesting a full refund for this booking. I don’t believe we should be charged for an accommodation that was inaccurately represented and had serious health and safety issues.

The lady at the desk was nice and congratulated us on our wedding!
