The room and blankets were dirty. Animal hair on them. No one cleans the bathroom. There was human hair everywhere. They need to use a flashlight and you will see how dirty this place is.

This place was beyond our expectations. The room was huge. You have to make sure that you can climb stairs to get to the room as the description states. Wonderful place to stay in the Gaffer district. We were disappointed that the stores and shops were not open but we were there on a Tuesday and not the weekend. Clean and spacious. Would not hesitate to book again.

Julie was such an amazing host and keeps the nicest, cutest bed and breakfast we've stayed at. She really shines in all the little touches around the property like the snack and coffee bar, the locally sourced toiletries, she even left a little sprig of lavender folded into the towels. You would be correct in assuming all that attention to detail comes through in the breakfasts as well, she made us a burrata and pesto omelette that was to die for. From the moment we arrived and Julie met us at the door with fresh cookies we felt welcome and at home at their lovely little inn. Highly recommend.

Staff were very nice and helpful. Plentiful parking and good location. Room was fairly clean - bathroom could have been cleaner. Noise really travels in this hotel between floors. Bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

Staff did not answer the phone for multiple calls. They were polite, but not set up to be responsive.
