This hotel is immaculate!! If you’re looking for a nice, clean, very well maintained hotel. This is the place. Also the hotel staff is very friendly. You won’t be disappointed. I always stay in a kitchen suite❤️❤️

This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. The hallways don’t have air conditioning and the room was insanely over priced for the location and amenities

We booked our stay last minute but couldn’t be happier. Ocean front beautiful two bedroom clean condo with everything already there for a party of six. We had a great time!!

The walls were very dirty in this particular villa. The carpets were not clean and very dirty. The bath mats were dirty in the bathroom and didn't look like they had been washed. The middle bedroom with the queen beds- the bed closest to the wall was cracked underneath the mattress. There was no upkeep in this villa. It seemed as if the villa 4824 had not been painted in several years. The hallways, stairwells, and bedrooms all needed painted or wiped down with a eraser. The rugs in the entire villa needed to be cleaned there was dirt all over the rugs. It was not clean at all. The best part of the villa was the shower in the master bedroom had great shower power. The shuttle that drove to the amenities was great. The back patio off of the kitchen was unable to be opened. We reported the bathroom with the queen beds light was out and the bed was cracked to housekeeping and nothing was done about it. One would assume that this is a nice resort but the upkeep and housekeeping of this certain villa was quite a disappointment for the money you pay to stay. The worst part is when we arrived the manager told us that our last day at the villa we would have to move villas to another villa because it was rented out and that this happens to many customers who book with expedia. I didn't want to up and move my family so I asked the manager to find us another villa in which it was not of equal value to the one we originally booked and paid for which was very disappointe
