Best Western Plus French Lick
Nice clean place to stay....BUT... Need to fix the broken wifi...none available during the stay. And the "heated" pool was cold. Please note: Both of these amenities are high on our decision making list, so we were very disappointed. A partial refund would be appreciated.

The Villas at French Lick Springs
Price is great. Villa is outdated and not very clean. Sauna, fireplace, and deck/balcony are wonderful. Very spacious. Not enough hot water to fill the jacuzzi. Nice outdoor area to walk, pretty sunsets. Pool and hot tub are nice, need cleaned.

The hot tub and pool had frost on it so was unable to be used, my bathroom light didn't work, the heat in my room didn't work we had to pay $163 deposit which we did not get back and we left the room cleaner then what we found it! Staff was friendly and the room appeared to be clean and comfortable. My only complaint was that the hallway floors needed to be cleaned as well as the elevator.

Over all the place was a good place. When we went to check in the woman at the front desk was a little rude when she realized we knew nothing about the locals $250 security deposit but other than that it was a nice and clean stay.
