The only negative thing I have to say about this property was the hallway smell on the 4th floor. It was a stale, old cigarette smoke smell. I also recommend changing the duvet cover; it's screaming 70s vibe. The staff was super nice, friendly and helpful.

It took calling the booking website customer service to get in contact with the host. I end up getting a different property that the one I reserved but the new on was more bedrooms, at the end I work out but it took some long coy with the host.

Speechless. Just terrible. Uncomfortable. Old.

I have been to all of the Delmar’s except for traverse city, this hotel is so beautifully decorated. And from the delicious breakfast, to the spa, to the lovely staff… This is a 1000%so do yourself a favor if you need some R& R and your headed to NYC, skip the hustle & bustle of the jammed pack city , unwind and rest at Delmar Southport
