The staff were helpful and the property was fine. Sadly, noisy and disruptive guests prevented me from going to sleep until after 1 am. I stayed near the airport intentionally so I could get a good nights rest before a busy 5 day travel agenda. I went to bed at 9 pm and noticed guests playing corn puck in the parking lot, in 6 parking spaces including the space next to my car, which I just bought 3 months ago. There was a Large group of children and adults, talking and cheering on teams while consuming adult beverages for almost 3 hours!. I waited til 1015 to call the front desk who shared that quiet time started at 1000 and they offered to speak to the guests about quieting down. No change in the racket. I called 3 more times, realized the staff hadn’t gone to the area I complained about (“no one was there”), told me quiet time didn’t actually start till 1100 pm. It was 1145 before the folks cleared out, leaving behind empty beer cans on the lot. I did ask for “service recovery” and was offered $35 off my room (this was at 1945 pm.) The next morning, the staff at front desk increased my discount to $50 off. I appreciated the effort but missed 4 hrs a f sleep. I didn’t feel safe to go out to check on my car, as 72 yo woman traveling alone. The next day I didn’t notice any damage but I was worse off due to the anxiety related to my worries of potential damages.

Loved the house, the owner, and his dog!

Our stay was horrendous.The staff was beyond rude and put us on the sixth floor knowing that the 6 floor has no air conditioning. Which gladly found out from the maintenance guy did not move us and claim that they were working on the cooling system.And that it should be done by next month. Breakfast was horrible and all together.I went out recommend this place very ghetto, and the staff were very rude. There was a tall Lady working the guest services desk at close to midnight. When we ask if she had a charger for our phones, she said they had charges for sale. She tried selling just a wire without the port and tried charging $15 for each piece sold separately. Huge ripoff! Do yourself a favor and never stay at this hotel! We also found a roach in our bed!!

Clean rooms, little less space but manageable

Everything was great the pool was just a little foggy looking and had slight smell
